We brew traditional styles with a Shetland twist. Located over 100 miles north of the UK Mainland, Shetland’s crisp, fresh air and plentiful clear water create the perfect environment for brewing.
Shetland is as much a part of Scandinavia as it is of Scotland, its soul shaped by the seafaring spirit of the Vikings.
All of our beers are inspired by our Shetland home where the elements reign untamed and wild.
OUR BEERS
Take a tour of the UK’s most northerly brewery or shelter from the elements in the Lerwick Brewery Taproom.
Our Taproom has a wide selection of super fresh Lerwick Brewery craft beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. We are proud to have the only cask beer pump in Shetland selling a rotation of our real ales during the summer months. The brewery shop sells our full beer range as well as locally crafted Shetland gifts.
VENUE HIRE
Hire Shetland’s only brewery venue for your next event.
With a fully stocked bar, plenty of space for seating or dancing and the set up for live music/DJs, we can accommodate a wide range of events such as parties, weddings, stag/hen dos and more.
We can also host corporate events if you require some extra space or an external setting for a business meeting or staff get together.
