Returns and Right to Cancel
If the product supplied does not for any reason fulfil your expectations or you change your mind after placing an order you have the right to cancel. This includes a period of up to 7 working days after delivery days of receipt of goods. Please notify us by either email or in writing the reasons for returning/cancelling goods. A full refund or exchange will be automatically offered. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after cancellation and in any case within 30 days.
For goods that have already been dispatched there is a duty to return goods in the same condition that they were received. Any costs incurred in returning goods will be payable by the person returning the goods. We will not accept charges for returning goods. However, if you have been sent an incorrect/faulty item, then this cost will be refunded back to you. Please contact us before you post your item to arrange this.
The maximum amount that can be refunded for International order is £18 and £4.50 for UK Orders.
Please use recorded delivery as we do not accept any liability for lost packages.
Failure to return goods after cancellation may result in further action to claim back any refunded costs.
