Lerwick, Shetland’s capital, is a vibrant mix of the old and new. It is a town that moves with the times but remains proud of its roots.
Our brewery fits in with this ethos, reclaiming an old building and giving it a new purpose. We’ve extended this concept to our IPA too, taking a classic style and giving it a modern twist.
Tasting Notes: A hybrid of an old-style, malty English IPA brewed with New World hops. Packed with ripe fruit flavours from Azacca, Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops making this IPA both flavourful and complex, whilst super drinkable.
Food pairing: Matches excellently with curries or slow-cooked meats.

Tasting Notes
This is our first ever release, and remains one of our most popular. Our Helles style lager is carefully cold conditioned for at least four weeks to develop its crisp, distinctive taste. It packs a flavour punch – Munich malt and German hops combine to create a thirst-quenching and refreshing lager.
Food Pairing
Goes perfectly with a delicious plate of fish and chips.
