Our IPA, Reestit Mutton and Bannocks Giftpack lets you re-create Shetland’s ‘national dish’ - reestit mutton with tattie soup and bannocks - from the comfort of your own home.

We’ve partnered with two local food producers to create a giftpack that provides lucky recipients with a true Shetland food and drink experience.

The giftpack contains a joint of reestit mutton from Sound Butchers, a bag of flour from Voe bakery to make delicious bannocks, and two bottles of Lerwick IPA to wash it down. Recipes are provided on how to prepare the reestit mutton and make tattie soup and bannocks to go with it.
